I have a thing for mountains, but time doesn’t always allow for that. When it doesn’t, I still try to get out almost every day on a trail. It keeps my priorities straight and my mind free of stress. Getting outside—hearing birds, seeing trees—opens me up. My creativity expands and my body feels lighter. Plus, my dog loves it, so there’s that.
